Tuscan Benedict


We had some leftover polenta so Kyle made a new egg dish for breakfast. (Or maybe it is an old egg dish, one we have already done on here? Oh well, it was tasty!) Fried polenta, bacon, fried egg all drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Yum!
