Today is our 15th wedding anniversary. I'm not sure it seems that long, but the calendar doesn't lie that often. We decided to throw an impromptu dinner party for our family and cooked a prime rib with potato, bread, and salad....very tasty and better than we could get anyplace out for dinner!
