The meat is a really great RARE grilled new york strip, a step up from the usual smoked brisket from the mission suppers. Very tasty though! Those tortillas were part of a test run project, that is what happens when you dye the dough in colors before baking....
Do tell about the tortillas. That's what ours look like when I forget they're on the counter for two weeks.
