Seedless, even! Good call. Those wild berries can get a little crunchy. The mint is a lovely finishing touch.

She forgot to mention that the warm weather was problematic. Unless a close watch was kept on it, the top layer tried to slide off on its own! Leigh was on to its tricks though!
