Pav


January 26th was Aussie day, so we had our usual BBQ celebration (pictures on facebook) What Aussie day dinner would be complete without Pavlova for dessert? Pavlova is a hard meringue filled with fruit and cream, very tasty and light. In this case, mini size with lactose free pastry cream and mango, strawberry and banana sliced on top.
