Zara and I made silly drinks for News years...they are called "lava lamps" Jello shots smashed up in a glass of champagne. They were fun, the jello really does go up and down in the glass! But, it is a little weird to have to chew your drink :)
Definitely a cheap-as champagne drink...the kids had regular jello and sparkling cider, but for some reason they didn't float up and down like ours did. Maybe you needed a different glass.
Interesting, but I'm hoping you didn't waste any good champagne on that concoction!
