Well, it certainly took long enough for those well-fed, well-housed, much-clucked-over hens to produce something. And the egg will be prepared how?

Hoarded all to myself, BWahahahaha!! No, probably given to Zara, or saved till more are laid. The chickens are actually laying right on schedule, we didn't get them till late. Besides we will have lots of eggs soon enough, 1 egg per chook per day!!
