Fall Prep

I have been bad at blogging this month! Well this is most of what we did yesterday:

5 cabbages from Dan and Karen, cut and salted for saurkraut.

66 pounds of pork belly skinned, cut up, and into the brine. (this isn't all of it, some is in the fridge too) And we still had time to have Lily and Kory over for dinner and a fire :) It was a good weekend!
