Bacon 1


Today the pork belly was skinned by Kyle and placed in bags with the brine then stuffed in the fridge. This time we are doing it all at once, a big job but we just have too many other projects going to draw it out.

This is a hint for the next job:

  1. this all sounds and looks like a lot of work guys. I bet it will all be worth it later though, when you get to eat the meats of your labor!
