They were good, but a lot of time consuming...Popovers filled with chocolate mousse drizzled with caramel. Similar to a Croque-en-Bouche I believe. I am sorry you guys missed it too, Lorna!! Darn late nights. Liam loved them and even ate them leftover. The next night was mom's spaghetti with focaccia and apple fritters for dessert. Really good but no pics :)
