He flew off the swing set, but he was in a tree just beyond when I went out to put the chickens to bed. I am very glad the chooks are in a tractor that is fully enclosed and shut up in a wood house at night!!
I have seen this owl several times, but this is the closest I have been able to get. Very cool!
that is super cool! I think you're right about the chickens. This owl is looking for an easy meal. A hawk gets all the white chickens at our work, so all the hens are black or brown.
